Achieving goals

We all have high hopes and with that comes high goals, but half the times we don’t complete our goals and we usually think we set up too high standards for ourselves. This could be true. Or its just us, our personality that doesn’t allow us to complete the goal. I guess the answer is kind of both. We need to take small steps that will help us in the long haul and we should keep goals that are right for our personality. Every time we finish a goal, we need to make a new one. We need to accomplish many things in order to succeed and we might never reach the finish line in our life, but we would have succeeded and accomplished many things on the way of trying to get there.

I took a lot of time to rite this blog from my experience. I have faced a lot of problems and have not been able to complete my goals as they were as absurd as wanting to reach the sky. You must remember you are not the only one in this world, many others face, have faced and are going to face the same problems you are facing now. So, it’s completely fine to feel insecure.

We all have goals in life. Each one of us wants to achieve something, whether big or small, at some point in our lives. We have gigantic hopes and dreams for the future and a burning desire to accomplish some great feats. It’s stitched into the very fabric of our society, woven into the core of who we are, deep down inside. It’s emblazoned in our DNA, genetically pre-dispositioned, not just for mere survival, but also with a yearning passion to thrive. In fact, it’s part of what’s made us as a culture into who we are. Our species has more than just survived; we’ve quite literally thrived, achieving outlandish results thanks to the wild-eyed innovations that have sparked the possibility to make the seemingly impossible a reality in our lives. Not only have we wished for the moon, but we’ve also shot for the stars.

Across the planet, we’ve accomplished what was once thought to live only in the realm of human imagination, or merely the topic of science-fiction fantasy. Yet, while our society and culture seem to be making leaps forward and achieving outlandish goals, we find it harder to see things through when it comes to our personal goals.

Your goals have to be well defined and specific. You then must make sure its achievable. If it’s not aim for goals that are little lower and once they are accomplished take it to the higher standard. Next you must envision the impacts the goal will do in your life and personality and make sure that’s the right thing you want. If your goal is too big, create sub-goals which you can accomplish one at a time. It’s best to track down the progress you make.

I hope this helped you achieve your goals in life. If you are facing any other problems in life, if this process didn’t work or you want to convey something to me comment it down below or email me at abbigailkingsleigh@gmail.com . To read more blogs from me visit abbigailkingsleigh.medium.com .
